Intellectual Property Quarterly
The Intellectual Property Institute’s flagship publication provides a focal point for discussion of policy issues in IP law and their effects on industry. It has high proportion of international coverage, focusing particularly on common law jurisdictions.

A new site clearly outlining the latest information about trademark, copyright and patent laws.

To find out the latest European legal developments for intellectual property rights and enforcement.
The World Intellectual Property Organisation
WIPO has a number of resources for the layman wanting to understand the basics of intellectual property law. These include understanding copyright and related rights and the intellectual property handbook.
The Intellectual Property Bar Association
The specialist bar association for barristers practising IP law in England and Wales. The IP Bar has been used in recent high-profile privacy cases. Most members of the IP Bar also work on cases outside the ambit of intellectual property which involves complex scientific or technical issues - in particular computer-related disputes and technical commercial litigation.
The Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg)
On behalf of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, the IPReg regulates the Patent Attorney and Trade Mark Attorney professions, setting the standards for qualification for entry into the professions and for good practice in providing services to clients. IPReg itself has a responsibility through the two professional Institutes to the Legal Services Board to ensure that the regulatory provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007 are met.

The Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law
Promotes the investigation, understanding and critical appraisal of these fields of law. It brings together a group of legal academics already recognised for their historical and interdisciplinary, as well as doctrinal, research.
